Recruiter

This role requires someone who understands recruitment operations and enjoys working in this industry.

You will be responsible for finding the right candidate, interviewing, assessing, and placing them in various industry settings. This would involve preserving the full recruitment cycle, upholding strong relationships with both applicants and clients, and ensuring that all placements meet the highest standards of compliance and adherence.

You will be responsible but not limited to:

Manage the full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate / client experience

Cold calling and sourcing of new business

Servicing existing clients and attending to their needs

Sourcing new clients and assist with recruitment requirements

Sourcing suitable candidates and matching to clients’ needs

Interviewing (Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp)

Thorough reference checking

Building strong relationships with candidates and clients

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

Tertiary qualification will be adv (Sales & Marketing / Human Resources)

Minimum of 2 - 3 years recruitment experience within an agency

Skills:

Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills

Excellent communication in English & Afrikaans - both written and verbal

Must be able to work independently and within a team environment

Have experience with the full recruitment cycle

Be aware of industry trends and changes

Have excellent people skills
