About the role
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job platforms.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Screen candidates resumes and job applications<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Act as a point of contact and promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates for open positions.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Communicating with clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • <\/span><\/li><\/ul> <\/div><\/span> Requirements<\/h3> • B.Sc in any related course.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • 2+ years' experience as a Recruiter (either an in -house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency -based, stress etc)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/li> • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span>
