Are you an organized, compassionate professional with a passion for helping kupuna (seniors) and ohana (families)? Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter to manage recruitment of caregivers based on clients' needs and to support our office care team. If you are a people-person and interested in improving the lives of people in our community, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Source and screen individuals to be part of our care team; identify quality caregiving talent
  • Interview and onboard care staff to ensure a great cultural fit and experience
  • Build rapport with prospective and existing employees and clients to facilitate a good match of clients with caregivers
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date employee records
  • Provide ongoing support and recognition to caregivers and office team
  • Support office care team with scheduling, retention visits, and compliance with regulations

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, psychology, sociology, communications, human services, social work, nursing, or related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience in recruiting, healthcare staffing, home care operations, caregiver scheduling, or customer service is highly valuable
  • Excellent people, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential
  • Strong work ethic, proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word) and ability to learn software systems quickly is important
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance required
