We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Manchester, TN.

Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in the success of our staffing operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various positions across different companies.

This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing excellent service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for various positions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping applicants informed and engaged throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using recruiting software and tools.
