Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter to support our client hiring across multiple locations. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire strong talent across a range of roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across multiple offices and regions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open roles and locations
• Track candidate activity and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support offer process, including extending offers and negotiating as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple locations or regions
• Experience managing multiple requisitions at once
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Additional Details

• Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (corporate, technical, or operations) is a plus
• Comfortable working with distributed teams and different time zones
