Part Time Recruiter (25 Hours Per Week)

Were growing and looking for a Recruiter who thrives in a fastpaced, sprintbased hiring environment to drive our statewide Direct Support Professional pipeline.

-Base schedule Monday through Friday - 5 hours per day with 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday per month -Ability to flex up to additional hours during peak hiring cycles or event scheduling -Onsite at Montclair office with travel to South Jersey office at least 2 times per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Run weekly recruiting sprints to fill orientation seats -Manage all sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and communication with direct support professional position -Conduct structured interviews, make hiring decisions and process all onboarding steps -Maintain organized pipelines across multiple regions -Collaborate with HR and Operations Team to meet hiring goals -Host orientation and support other internal/external events at Atco and Montclair office locations and surrounding areas

REQUIRED SKILL SETS:

-Missiondriven and excited to support people living with intellectual/developmental disabilities -Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience -Strong communicator with a steady, peoplefirst style -Organized, detaildriven, and comfortable with highvolume recruiting -Experience with ATS platforms -Valid driver's license
