About the role

Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter with experience supporting high‑volume manufacturing environments to partner with our client in Norcross supporting multiple business units and drive full‑cycle recruiting efforts. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once, recruiting for a variety of skill sets across manufacturing operations, and leveraging multiple recruiting tools and sourcing channels to meet fast‑paced hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume manufacturing roles, including hourly and salaried positions
  • Partner with hiring managers across multiple business units to understand workforce needs, priorities, and timelines
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple recruiting tools and platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, etc.)
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong skill and culture alignment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on pipeline health, hiring progress, and challenges
  • Support hiring spikes, ramp‑ups, and workforce planning initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven experience recruiting in high‑volume, fast‑paced settings
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or functional teams simultaneously
  • Hands‑on experience using multiple recruiting tools (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, resume databases, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills with hiring managers and candidates

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for roles such as production operators, technicians, skilled trades, or manufacturing leadership
  • Exposure to workforce ramp‑ups, plant expansions, or shift‑based hiring
  • Experience partnering closely with HR, operations, or production leadership
  • Familiarity with manufacturing metrics, throughput, or plant‑based environments

Compensation

$25/hr to $29/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefits

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
