We are seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts at a busy onsite location in Plainview, NY. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of candidates from initial outreach through onboarding, with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial contact through background check and onboarding
- Handle high-volume hiring needs, with an expectation of hiring at least 15 candidates per week
- Source and engage candidates through walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviews
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS
- Partner directly with the hiring manager and onsite team to meet hiring goals
- Ensure a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications:
- Experience with high-volume recruiting (e.g., hourly workforce, retail, transportation, or similar)
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes
- Proficiency with Workday ATS is required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with a team
- Experience recruiting drivers or similar roles is a plus
