We are seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts at a busy onsite location in Plainview, NY. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of candidates from initial outreach through onboarding, with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial contact through background check and onboarding
  • Handle high-volume hiring needs, with an expectation of hiring at least 15 candidates per week
  • Source and engage candidates through walk-ins, phone outreach, and scheduled interviews
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS
  • Partner directly with the hiring manager and onsite team to meet hiring goals
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting (e.g., hourly workforce, retail, transportation, or similar)
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes
  • Proficiency with Workday ATS is required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work onsite with a team
  • Experience recruiting drivers or similar roles is a plus
