Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings (especially Interpreter roles) to Indeed
• Review and screen incoming resumes
• Interview candidates with professionalism and insight
• Complete all onboarding paperwork and credentialing for new hires
• Track candidate progress using Excel
• Set and attend Zoom meetings as needed
• Use high-level computer skills to support recruiting processes

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment experience, preferably with high-volume roles
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with online job posting, Excel tracking, and virtual meetings (Zoom)
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Livonia, MI
