Bilingual Recruiter

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Bilingual Recruiter to join the team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you will be able to work with a team of talented recruiters to identify talent, review resumes, schedule interviews, and assess candidates. This includes sourcing candidates from job boards, internal referrals, networking events, social media sites, and more. This is a Monday-to-Friday position.

The Day to Day:

• Build and maintain an excellent partnership through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client’s staffing needs
• Recruit and retain a talent pool of qualified candidates to ensure a high level of order fulfillment at all times
• Screen and identify candidates aligned with specific job requirements
• Provide timely and accurate reporting as required by client at all times
• Conduct thorough orientation with contingent workforce in accordance with client’s requirements, policies & procedures
• Build, maintain and foster client relationship with client management team

Qualifications:

• Bilingual – English and Spanish is a highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume Recruiting experience
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent oral & written communication skills required
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent client relations

Pay Rate/Shifts:

• $50K to $55K /per yr
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
