What You’ll Be Doing:

• Personal sales calls to local businesses to develop relationships and drive business
• Recruiting & placing candidates in the right job opportunities
• Building connections with clients and ensuring staffing needs are met
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You Need to Succeed:

• A solid work ethic and a drive to excel
• A professional, outgoing personality – this role is all about people!
• Reliable transportation (a decent car is a must for client visits)
• Ability to make sales calls and build relationships with local businesses
• A willingness to learn – no experience? No problem! We will train the right person.
