Manpower is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter you will be part of the staffing team. The ideal candidate will have multi-tasking skills and be highly motivated which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Creating a seamless experience for all candidates through the interview process
• Partner with Talent Agents to schedule interviews and manage hiring process
• Own and juggle multiple priorities and projects
• General day-to-day scheduling and administrative duties
• Responsible for data entry, intake phone calls, and applicant flow

What’s Needed?

• Previous Administrative Experience
• Previous recruiting experience a PLUS
• HSD/GED
• Excellent Work Ethic and strong sense of urgency
• Excellent Customer Service skills and business etiquette
• Able to work independently and be willing to market and make sales calls to potential clients.
