What's the Job?
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline for openings
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing phone screens
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process efficiently
- Maintain detailed documentation and update applicant tracking systems accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job specifications
What's Needed?
- Experience working within an HR function or related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a 4-year college degree is strongly preferred
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
