Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume manufacturing and skilled trades roles, from requisition intake through offer stage
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for operational, skilled trades, and manufacturing positions
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams, providing strategic guidance on talent markets and recruitment strategies
- Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously while meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill, compliance, diversity goals, etc.)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Use ATS and CRM systems to track candidates, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders
- Adapt to changing priorities and work independently
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven experience recruiting skilled trades and operational roles
- Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of requisitions
- Strong experience in interview coordination and scheduling
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
About Talent Solutions
- Location: Quebec, Canada
- Employment Type: Contract | Hybrid Schedule
- Compensation: $35 - $38 CAD per hour
