Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume manufacturing and skilled trades roles, from requisition intake through offer stage
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for operational, skilled trades, and manufacturing positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams, providing strategic guidance on talent markets and recruitment strategies
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously while meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill, compliance, diversity goals, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
  • Use ATS and CRM systems to track candidates, maintain accurate records, and ensure process compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work independently

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven experience recruiting skilled trades and operational roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of requisitions
  • Strong experience in interview coordination and scheduling
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with hiring managers
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
