Your Role

Are you the one who can find, read, and convince the right people? As a Recruiter at NOBIX Media, you are responsible for attracting the right talent. Not only for our own growth but also for that of our clients.

What You'll Do

• You write striking vacancy texts.
• You actively search for candidates on LinkedIn.
• You conduct initial interviews to determine if someone truly fits our team and culture.
• You also work on recruitment issues for our clients.
• You think along about the right approach, set up campaigns, and ensure vacancies are not only visible but also attract the right candidates.
• You work closely with management and team leads, both internally and at clients, to clarify what is needed.
• You translate this into a recruitment approach that works.

What You Bring

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• You know where to find good candidates and how to approach them.
• Strong in interviews: you put people at ease and quickly pick up if someone is a good fit.
• You write vacancy texts that people actually respond to.
• Feeling for people and culture, not just for CVs.
• You are proactive and seize opportunities when you see them.
