Job Title: Recruiter (BPO Experience Required) Location: Hybrid – Auckland Park, Johannesburg Working Hours : 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment and can efficiently manage multiple roles while delivering top talent. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple BPO roles simultaneously Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Maintain and update ATS and candidate pipelines Meet hiring deadlines and volume targets Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within the BPO industry Proven ability to handle multiple roles at once in a high-volume environment Excellent communication skills – must be well-spoken and articulate Strong sourcing and screening capabilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Required Skills Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals Familiarity with ATS systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Target-driven mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
