About the role
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Early Careers Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in Austria. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of early career talent, including students, graduates and entry-level professionals.
You’ll play a key role by acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and an ambassador of our employer brand across the early careers market. This position requires a strong ability to build relationships, deliver high quality candidate experience and managing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for early careers roles, including internships, graduate programs and entry-level positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and provide market insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional experience.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, university networks and referrals.
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate stages of the selection process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, university events, and other employer brand initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with local regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency.
- Previous experience in early careers or students hiring is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Availability to work on a hybrid model at Weiz, Austria
