Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) preferably with construction or skilled trades recruiting experience to support high-volume staffing needs. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

This is a hands-on recruiting role—you’ll be sourcing, screening, onboarding, and supporting field employees while working as a member of the national recruitment team and working closely with our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit skilled trades professionals including (but not limited to): electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, carpenters, welders and concrete workers
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, cold outreach, and walk-ins
  • Conduct high-volume phone and in-person interviews
  • Verify work experience, certifications, and job readiness
  • Enter, track, and manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and job placements
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Communicate daily with field employees and clients regarding job assignments
  • Support retention efforts and respond quickly to field issues
  • Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals

Technical & Computer Skills

  • Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Job board platforms (Indeed, etc.)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Data entry with high accuracy
  • CRM or staffing software experience (a plus)
  • Comfortable with phone-based recruiting and high call volume
