The Recruiting Partner is responsible for driving end‑end recruiting efforts and supporting the organization’s long‑term growth strategy. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and selecting high‑potential financial professionals while building strong relationships within the community. The Recruiting Partner develops and executes recruiting plans, leverages referral networks, and partners closely with leadership to meet hiring and activity goals.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Talent Attraction

  • Build and maintain referral sources with advisors, internal teams, and centers of influence (COIs)
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet activity and full‑time hiring goals
  • Generate qualified leads through referrals, networking, advertising, career fairs, and social media
  • Actively participate in community and professional organizations to promote career opportunities
  • Support recruiting marketing efforts, including events, advertising, and outreach campaigns
  • Partner with other recruiters to share best practices and referral leads

Candidate Selection

  • Manage the full selection process from resume review through initial interviews
  • Conduct candidate screenings and guide prospects through each stage of the process
  • Administer and interpret selection tools and assessments
  • Ensure consistency, integrity, and a strong candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the recruiting and selection process
  • Oversee any pre‑hire or pre‑contract training requirements

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track recruiting activity, pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records within recruiting and applicant tracking systems
  • Prepare recruiting updates and results for leadership discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field
  • Financial services or professional services experience a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills
  • Experience with prospecting and lead generation
  • Active community involvement or a strong professional network
