We are looking for you as a Recruiter (m/w/d) for SelectLine Holding GmbH. You work like a recruiter in an external agency – only exclusively for us. This means: You elicit a clear requirement profile from your hiring managers, define the right search channels, actively win candidates and guide them through to the signed contract with a strong candidate experience. You are responsible for our recruiting module in Workday and our career presence on the website. Together with Marketing, you coordinate our social media presence for candidates and actively shape our employer branding. You work closely with the HR Business Partners, who brief you from a professional perspective in the business units.
