Job Summary
We are seeking a talented professional to support staff augmentation initiatives by managing every stage of the hiring process for technical placements. Our team offers the opportunity to contribute to key projects and drive operational excellence through high-impact recruiting efforts.
Responsibilities
- Audit recruitment processes and generate reports for management.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers.
- Process offer letters and facilitate intake calls with internal stakeholders.
- Shortlist candidates and work with the vendor management system to support hiring needs.
Required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in staff augmentation or technical staffing.
- Proven ability to multitask and demonstrate critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within a vendor management system, preferably VNDLY or similar tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
