We are seeking a delivery-focused Recruiter to manage full-cycle requirements for our clients. This role focuses on identifying niche, mid-level talent through advanced sourcing and maintaining high-touch relationships with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the recruitment process from intake calls to offer negotiations and closing.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide market insights.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain pools of pre-qualified candidates for recurring and niche roles.
  • Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews focused on technical skills and organizational fit.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience: Proven recruiting background, ideally combining agency and corporate environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Logistics: Ability to work on-site in Juno Beach 5 days per week.
