TAH is a growing, people-focused network of veterinary practices, passionate about building motivated teams who create happy clients and healthy pets. Our practices are supported by a dynamic Support Office, who plays a key role in enabling our people to thrive.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Support Office team, providing hands-on recruitment support and services to our practices across the group.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the business
  • Screen and shortlist CVs
  • Conduct interviews across various levels of roles
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Maintain professional and engaging communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback
  • Prepare monthly recruitment statistics and reports (interviews conducted, outcomes, BEE statistics, etc.)

Key Competencies

  • Passion for recruitment and building strong teams
  • Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements and Skills

Education: A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field advantageous.

Experience: 3–5 years’ experience as a Recruiter.

Skills: Communication skills, interviewing and assessment skill, talent sourcing, organisation & process management, judgement & decision‑making, relationship building, basic HR & Legal Knowledge, resilience & emotional intelligence.
