Role at a Glance

As a Recruiter, you will be a key contributor to our talent acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source & Identify: Proactively find and evaluate candidates for various roles using a variety of recruitment tools.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity and seamless candidate transitions.
  • Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and understand specific team needs.
  • Coordinate: Manage the interview scheduling process and facilitate communication between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Professional Communication: Provide timely, respectful updates to all applicants to maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or professional service-oriented role.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing recruitment software & ATS platforms.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Transportation: Must have access to reliable transportation to attend off-site meetings and client visits.
