Looking to add a Junior Recruiter to contribute to our aggressive recruitment targets and amazing atmosphere. Ideal candidates need to be Competitive and Driven, committed to customer service excellence and will thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.

Our Commercial office growth is dependent on the recruitment effort. The recruiter's primary goal and focus is hiring representatives on an ongoing, weekly basis. The recruiter will work with their Regional Distributor to help implement the individual office recruiting strategy including setting appointments, conduct interviews, onboarding new hires, Prepare paperwork; consent forms. Complete and distribute reports, ensure a neat and tidy work environment, update corporate literature throughout the office info boards and participate in creative recruiting strategies.

We are looking for a positive, driven team player who can build relationships and who is great with people. You will be working as part of a high-energy team to complete multiple projects under tight deadlines. It is important for you to be resourceful and able to solve problems quickly.

Desired Experience

• Customer service/PR and or Sales experience is an asset.
• Must have an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Must have good phone skills.
• Must have MS Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer skills.
• Can hire salespeople.
• Bi-lingual in French.
