Recruiter

We’re looking to add an experienced Recruiter to our team in Randolph. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering closely with account managers to deliver top talent across IT and professional roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT and/or professional roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates)
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates across priority skill sets
• Conduct phone/video screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and manage the interview process through offer and onboarding stages
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS/CRM system
• Meet and exceed recruiting metrics including submittals, interviews, placements, and client satisfaction
• Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and in-demand skill sets within IT and financial services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within IT staffing or agency environment
• Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and candidate placement
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to identify top talent
• Experience working with enterprise clients (financial services, insurance, technology, or similar industries a plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple reqs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
