Your Tasks

• Solving personnel needs for technical temporary positions
• Taking over and expanding existing business relationships
• Acquiring new customers, clarifying and recording vacancies
• Conducting interviews, creating meaningful candidate dossiers
• Targeted, success-oriented placement and advising of personnel with our clients
• Calculating, creating contracts, and processing business cases in the ERP system
• Systematic, intensive market development with targeted advertising measures
• Substitutions and team support

Your Profile

• Technical or craft basic training is an advantage; experience in sales and consulting
• Further training as a technical businessman, commercial diploma, or sales professional with federal diploma (or still in training)
• Above-average contact and communication skills, knowledge of the personnel industry and various professional fields
• Front-oriented, initiative, and solution-oriented personality with negotiation skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as a team- and service-oriented way of working
• German: Fluent
• Foreign languages are an advantage
