About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization that is experiencing a period of rapid hiring and growth. Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join their HR team on a contract basis to help support increased hiring needs across several operational and technical functions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers while making an immediate impact on recruiting operations.

Job Description:

The Recruiter will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across the organization. This individual will partner with hiring managers to source, evaluate, and hire talent across operational, technical, and sales-related functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
  • Recruit for positions such as Sales Engineers, Account Managers, Warehouse staff, Production Supervisors, Field Service Engineers, and Assembly Technicians.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize recruiting tools, job boards, and professional networking platforms to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams.
  • Assist with preparing and extending offers to selected candidates.
  • Support pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain communication with candidates from offer acceptance through start date.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records of candidates and requisitions.
  • Assist with administrative HR tasks related to recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for new hire training when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Agency recruiters must have experience supporting client hiring needs.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as technical, operational, or sales roles.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
