Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with business leaders to understand needs and recommend tailored recruiting strategies

• Proactively source top-tier talent using AI-driven tools and creative techniques, and promote the employer brand through various channels

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a full-lifecycle Recruiter, particularly in the technology industry
• Experience in developing and implementing recruiting sourcing strategies and building a diverse talent pipeline
• Ability to prioritize and maintain high standards across multiple recruiting searches
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and understanding of labor market trends and employment laws
• Proficiency in utilizing systems and tools to optimize performance and ensure accurate data management
