Private large company in the insurance industry is seeking a corporate recruiter to assist with the full life cycle of recruiting talent for our company for the Coral Gables office (in-person).

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Develop and post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and industry platforms
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and assist hiring managers in selection decisions
• Perform background checks, employment verifications, and drug screenings
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for hiring needs

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual that is organized, responsive, and has prior corporate recruiting experience.
