Do you want to work for an iconic global brand and play a key role in building recruitment from the ground up in a fast-growing market? As Recruiter Germany at Collins Foods Europe (KFC), you will have a major impact on our expansion in Germany — supporting both our existing restaurants and the opening of new locations.
As Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment needs of our 24 KFC restaurants in Germany, with a strong focus on growth, quality, and long-term talent partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment of new restaurant openings, playing a crucial role in building teams for future growth;
- Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through your professional network, social media, and direct search, positioning Collins Foods and KFC as an employer of choice in Germany;
- Full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant management roles and selected head office positions, including vacancy creation, candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations;
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strengthen employer branding in the German market;
- Supporting the development and execution of creative recruitment campaigns tailored to the local market;

Collins Foods is an international restaurant operator and one of the leading KFC franchise partners globally. In Europe, we operate a growing number of KFC restaurants, with strong ambitions to expand further in Germany.
Your Role
Your primary location will be our office in Düsseldorf, where you will become part of our local HR team consisting of five colleagues. You will also work closely with the Dutch Recruiter and the broader HR team in the Netherlands (13 colleagues), ensuring strong alignment and knowledge sharing across countries.
Due to the operational nature of the role, you will spend a significant amount of time visiting our restaurants across Germany, supported by a company lease car.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level working and thinking ability;
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in retail, hospitality, or a high-volume environment;
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment methods, including LinkedIn sourcing and social media recruitment;
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
