Express Employment is a full-service staffing agency providing temporary, evaluation-to-hire, and direct-hire placements for light industrial, skilled trades, administrative, accounting, and professional roles. Our office is locally owned and operated and has been under the same ownership since 1995.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing applications, recruiting candidates, developing job descriptions, interviewing, onboarding, and completing background screenings
• Performing data entry, documenting, and managing phone and email correspondence
• Contacting existing associates to extend job offers and provide status updates
• Assisting with filling job orders and supporting client needs
• Maintaining consistent, timely communication with clients, visits with clients, virtual and onsite
• Making outbound calls to market candidates to current and prospective clients
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, recruiting, or sales roles
• Associates' or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset
