Job Description:
- Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
- Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates
- Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, and directors
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Coordinating preemployment screenings, distributing background checks, and administrative work before the client starts
- Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards, client referrals, & previous contractors
- Identifying potential sales leads
Projected Earnings for Top Performers:
- Year 1: 45k-55k
- Year 2: 50k-75k
- Year 3: 70k-100k

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer Service experience preferred

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
- 8am - 5pm
Work Location:
In person, on-site 5 days a week
