Your Responsibilities
- Take responsibility: Recruiting of specialists and managers for a defined area of responsibility as well as cross-location involvement in recruiting projects, especially for key positions in all specialist areas.
- Tackle tasks: Creation and placement of job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms, pre-selection of applications, conducting interviews and supporting the entire selection process, as well as identifying and directly approaching suitable candidates on business platforms and in CV databases.
- Implement precisely: Continuous screening of candidate profiles and strategic use of automated and own talent pools.
- Drive progress: Involvement in the development and implementation of innovative, target group-specific recruiting strategies as well as personnel marketing and employer branding measures.
- Live collaboration: Active consulting and support of specialist departments and the entire recruiting team in candidate search as well as representing the company at recruiting and networking events.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, commercial training, or comparable qualification.
- Experience: Professional experience in recruiting commercial and technical specialists and managers from industry or personnel consulting.
- Know-how: In managing recruiting processes, handling various recruiting channels and social media platforms, as well as experience in active sourcing; application experience with SAP Successfactors is an advantage.
- Personality and work style: Engaging personality, appreciative approach and communication style, creativity, strong service orientation, independent way of working, high flexibility, team spirit, and enthusiasm.
- Languages: Fluent German and English skills, other languages are an advantage.
