Atrium is partnering with a client who is seeking a sales-minded Recruiter (Finance & Accounting) to join the team and run a full desk.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$55k - $65k + uncapped commission (average $10k Year 1 / $30k Year 2)

Responsibilities of the Recruiter (Finance & Accounting)
- Build and grow a book of business through outbound sales, networking, and strategic prospecting.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct hire roles, from sourcing through placement.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
- Source and engage Finance & Accounting professionals (active and passive candidates).
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Experience/Skills for the Recruiter (Finance & Accounting)
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Proven track record in sales, recruiting, or quota-driven environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Recruiter (Finance & Accounting)
- Staffing or agency recruiting experience.
- Experience with business development and closing deals.
- Familiarity with Finance & Accounting roles and market trends.
- Experience using CRM/ATS systems to manage pipelines.
- Strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
