Recruiter/Talent Sourcer for Fund Accountant Role

Overview

We're looking for an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer to help us find a qualified Fund Accountant for one of our private equity clients. Candidates must be sourced exclusively from Latin America.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and screen LATAM-based candidates for a Fund Accountant role
• Conduct initial vetting and shortlisting based on provided criteria
• Present a curated shortlist of qualified candidates with profiles/CVs
• Coordinate interview scheduling with our team

The Role You're Recruiting For

To help you source effectively, here's a snapshot of what we need:

• 10+ years of private equity fund accounting/operations experience
• Hands-on with shadow books, NAV calculations, capital calls, and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills (XIRR, XLOOKUP, waterfall modeling)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Luxembourg fund experience is a strong plus
• Background at institutions like State Street, BNY Mellon, or Standard Chartered preferred

• Proven experience placing finance or accounting talent in LATAM
• Strong network of private equity or fund accounting professionals in the region
• Ability to assess technical finance skills during screening
• Responsive, organized, and communicates progress clearly
