As an Experienced Recruiter at MCI, you'll be integral in filling contact center roles, managing the full recruitment cycle. This position requires expertise in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. You will also maintain recruitment records and enhance employer branding efforts to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for contact center positions
• Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards
• Conduct interviews and necessary assessments
• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or similar
• 3+ years in recruitment within a BPO or high-volume setting
• Strong organizational and interviewing skills
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines
