Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented "recruiter for Music Camp students" to join our team! In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, sourcing and engaging talented students who are passionate about classical music. Your efforts will ensure we assemble a skilled and enthusiastic group of participants and team members, helping us deliver an unforgettable musical experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to arts education while sharpening your talent acquisition and music administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract talented students for our music camp, utilizing social media management tools, email campaigns, and other outreach platforms.
• Engage in campus recruitment efforts by building relationships with music schools, conservatories, and community organizations.
• Coordinate student orientation sessions and Zoom Recruiting Seminars to speak with educators, parents, and perspective students

Experience

• Demonstrated ability in sales, marketing and/or recruitment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly via cold calling or outreach campaigns.
• Experience using social media management tools for recruiting campaigns; proficiency in research methods to identify top talent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• There is plenty of room for growth here at PIMF, and our temporary positions typically turn into longer-term positions almost immediately!
