What You'll Do
As a recruiter, you'll own the full cycle, meaning sourcing, screening, placing, babysitting, fixing, and doing it all again tomorrow. The recruiter builds relationships with candidates, keeps clients moving, and puts out fires before they become email threads. A strong recruiter understands that success in a staffing agency comes from speed, organization, and laughing instead of screaming. A typical day as a recruiter includes posting jobs, reading resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating next steps, and updating the ATS so future-you doesn't hate past-you. This recruiter also looks for chances to grow business, solve client pain points, and win in a competitive staffing agency market.

Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a staffing agency.
- Prior staffing agency experience is required.
- Being bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, because bilingual Spanish communication matters in our market. A recruiter who is bilingual Spanish will immediately have an edge.
- ATS experience, especially Bullhorn, is a plus.
Compensation
This recruiter role pays $52,000$60,000 DOE plus a generous, uncapped commission plan. Translation: work harder, earn more, and actually see the results hit your paycheck.
