In this role, you are the bridge between hiring managers and candidates. You switch effortlessly between the work floor and management. Today you’re looking for a technical top performer, tomorrow you’ll speak with a commercial all-rounder. No day is the same. And that’s exactly what energizes you.

You get the space to truly establish recruitment. Strategic where necessary, practical when needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively sourcing via job boards, social media, fairs, schools, and your own network
• Intensively liaising with hiring managers across all levels of the organization
• Screening candidates and handling administrative processes
• Positioning Collé as an attractive employer in a tight labor market
• Guiding candidates from initial contact to successful onboarding

You are not just a recruiter.
