Your Tasks

• Applicant management
• Job posting
• Active candidate outreach via various digital channels
• Creating candidate profiles
• Accompanying applicants through the entire recruiting process, from initial contact to hiring
• Creating contracts, certificates, and documents
• Support and advice for our employees
• Management of vacation, sickness & personnel matters
• Preparation of payroll accounting
• Scheduling and dispatching

What You Bring

• Training or experience in personnel services desirable
• Passion for sales & people: You enjoy convincing, building relationships, and finding solutions
• Strong communication in German: Necessary, as communication with clients, applicants, and employees takes place predominantly in German
• Mobile & flexible: Driving license is required for field service appointments
