We are Hiring! Recruiter / Headhunter – Midrand

Salary: R35 000 – R40 000 per month depending on experience

Role Overview

• You will be responsible for actively sourcing, headhunting and attracting high-quality talent across operational, sales, rentals, technical and professional roles.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Masters in HR, Industrial Psychology or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment / headhunting / talent sourcing
• Strong active sourcing and market mapping experience
• Experience managing job portals and social recruitment platforms
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle

• Confident engaging with senior and high-profile candidates
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with strong pipeline management ability
• Experience within property, construction, sales or operational recruitment environments will be advantageous.
