Recruiter - High-Volume Call Center Hiring

Aquarius HR is expanding its international call center operations and is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our office in Tunisia.

We are building a high-performing recruitment process focused on mass hiring for call center positions and are looking for someone who understands the local market, works efficiently with large candidate pipelines, and can make fast, quality hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for call center and support positions
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, local channels, and networking
• Process incoming applications and maintain an organized candidate pipeline
• Conduct screening calls and interviews
• Assess candidates based on communication skills, motivation, language level, and overall fit
• Coordinate candidates throughout all hiring stages
• Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs
• Maintain ATS/CRM systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment reports
• Track recruitment KPIs, conversion rates, and hiring performance
• Support onboarding processes together with HR and operations teams
• Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates during the recruitment process
• Stay informed about local labor market trends and recruitment best practices
• Promote a positive employer brand and candidate experience
