We are on the lookout for a dynamic In-House Home Health Aide Recruiter /HR Coordinator to join our team for our Holbrook office. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and hire qualified PCAs and HHAs
• Conduct interviews in English and Spanish
• Utilize online job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with NYS home care requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to meet staffing goals

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish (Required)
• Minimum 1 year home care Recruiting/HR Coordinator experience
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Energetic, professional, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
