Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, managing and conducting interviews, coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring manager.
  • Assist in workforce planning to determine hiring needs and resource allocation.
  • Ensures communications with candidates are professional and timely.
  • Provide support to the logistics and operation team on related projects and duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience with full-cycle recruitment; transportation industrial recruitment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
