For our further growth, we are looking for reinforcement in recruiting at the Ostrhauderfehn location. A personality who brings fresh ideas, breaks new ground in personnel acquisition, and authentically represents our company externally.

Your Role

• Management and further development of the entire recruiting process for specialists and junior staff
• Independent personnel selection and support of the entire selection process up to the hiring of new employees
• Creation and implementation of creative recruiting ideas
• Support in HR administration (e.g., creation of employment contracts and references, as well as maintenance of personnel master data)
• Participation in the preparation of payroll

Your Profile

• Completed training or studies in the HR field or a comparable qualification
• Experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in retail, but not a must
• Experience with HR tools and recruiting platforms as well as a knack for creative recruiting approaches
• Enjoyment of approaching people and inspiring them for our company
• Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication skills and team spirit
