The enviaM Group is the leading regional energy service provider in East Germany. The corporate group supplies more than 1.3 million customers with electricity, gas, heat, and energy services. The corporate group, with around 3,800 employees, includes envia Mitteldeutsche Energie AG (enviaM), Chemnitz, as well as other companies in which enviaM holds a majority stake. Together, they are developing the Internet of Energy in East Germany. The majority shareholders of enviaM are E.ON SE and around 650 East German municipalities.

Responsibilities

  • You will represent the enviaM Group and inspire potential candidates about the diverse career opportunities.
  • You will act as a consultant and point of contact for specialist departments/applicants, managing the entire recruiting process.
  • You will draft job advertisements and coordinate content with the specialist departments. Your goal is to optimally place our job offers for the respective target group.
  • You will conduct applicant selection processes and ensure a transparent recruiting process.
  • You will coordinate subsequent follow-up measures from the recruiting process and represent them to employee representation.
  • You will manage existing recruiting tools, support, analyze, and further optimize our recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • You have a completed university degree.
  • You have already gained experience in recruiting and personnel marketing.
  • You are strong in communication, customer-oriented, empathetic, have a confident demeanor, and can professionally advocate your opinion.
  • You have a quick grasp of things, strong organizational skills, as well as analytical and conceptual competence.
  • Enjoyment of contact with applicants, enthusiasm, willingness to make decisions, and an independent way of working round off your profile.

  • Du bist Berater und Ansprechpartner für Fachbereiche/ Bewerbende und steuerst dabei den gesamten Recruitingprozess.
  • Du entwirfst die Stellenausschreibungen und stimmst dich dabei inhaltlich mit den Fachbereichen ab.
  • Du führst die Bewerberauswahlprozesse durch und sorgst für einen transparenten Recruitingprozess.
  • Du koordinierst die nachgelagerten Folgemaßnahmen aus dem Recruitingprozess und vertrittst diese gegenüber der Mitbestimmung.
  • Du steuerst die bestehenden Recruiting-Tools, begleitest, analysierst und optimierst unsere Recruiting-Strategien weiter.
