• Very professional communications/ business writing.

• Experience working with ATS
• Experience in sourcing

• RIII: 5-7 yrs.

Experience Required

• industrial backgrounds- high volume (not recruiting engineers)
• Airline experience, warehouse, logistics, supply chain. Retail

Task Breakdown

• Will be sourcing, on the phones, doing offers.

Description

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• May require a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
