Responsibilities

• You will support our fleet management teams in the active recruitment of professional drivers and apprentices on-site at the branches.
• You will explore new recruitment channels and maintain existing cooperation with our partners.
• You will manage the onboarding of new employees from A to Z.
• You will work in an international environment and confidently use your foreign language skills.
• You will independently manage personnel projects in Central Fleet Management.

Qualifications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further professional training as a business administrator or specialist (m/f/d).
• You have professional experience in the tasks mentioned, particularly in recruiting commercial employees and/or professional drivers, ideally gained in the logistics sector or with a personnel service provider.
• Your working style is characterized by assertiveness, a confident demeanor, tact, a willingness to learn, and a high degree of independence and integrity.
• You will support our locations on-site and are willing to undertake regular business trips within Germany.
• You bring new ideas and an innovative approach to the team.
• You have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in another Eastern European foreign language is an advantage.
