Recruiter and Talent Advisor

Pay Rate: Base pay range for this role is $51,300 to $65,000 per year, with final annual compensation based on experience and geographic location.

What’s a typical day as a Recruiter and Talent Advisor?

You’ll be:

  • Accountable for full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, mainly focused on Light Industrial roles, across multiple levels and geographic markets.
  • Attracting, sourcing, and screening both passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring a consistent, fair, and equitable assessment and selection process.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse capacity (required).
  • Are customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
  • Are results-driven, with strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction.
